Meeting recap that only surfaces decisions and owners

Strip every meeting transcript down to two things: what was decided, and who owns the next step. Throw out the rest.

The Problem

Most AI meeting recaps are bloated — full of paraphrased dialogue nobody re-reads. The signal is two short lists: decisions, and action items with owners.

The Solution

A focused tool that takes a transcript and outputs only those two lists, plus a 1-sentence context line. If a meeting produced no decisions, it says so plainly.

The Opportunity

There's room for an opinionated alternative to Otter/Granola/Fireflies that values brevity over completeness. The pitch: 'we read meetings so you don't have to.'

Why opinionated wins here

Bloated recaps train you to ignore them. A 3-line recap trains you to read every one. That’s the whole product.
